Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the amount you spend for your purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices:

Shipping destination within US: $5.99 and $6.99 for others

How do I cancel my order?
To make it easy, please consider the timeline below
Since your order is placed. The fee charged for cancel/change of order.

0-24 hours                               – Free cancel or change order information
24-48 hours                                    – 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees
> 48 hours                                       – Cancel: Non-accepted

I used wrong address, can I still change this?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for free in our back end system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following form of payment:

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover
PayPal: PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any back account or credit card for easy payment at checkout.

OTHERS
Customized products – I want my photo to be printed on your product. How can?
Of course, we can. The designing fee is FREE. Product costs like normal products we sell.
Please kindly following these steps:

Step 1: Send the photos that you want to customize. Kindly be as descriptive as possible. We do not mean harsh but it will help to make the process shortest.

Step 2: We will review and approve your request or not. If your request is approved, we may contact back and forth to clarify the final design. So please notice your incoming emails from cs@lovelysew.com

Step 3: After confirming the final design, we will give you a product link, you will place your order via that link as usual products. We will process that order as usual.
